I have not explained much of it. Only that she is a very independent and beautiful woman. I think that in the place where she works she is the most desired and popular girl.
She often takes advantage of her beauty and charisma to make men do what she asks of them. She is a cheerful woman and tends to bother her daughter XD a bit.
