I mean it's just common sense that it's part of the plot. IT feeds on fear. If anything, it should be way worse, like the opening of IT Chapter 2 LOL

It really does add a certain sense of intentional community to the whole thing. Really sets you guys apart that you do more than just ask what we want to watch. :)

2025-11-03 21:21:05 +0000 UTCThey arenβt the parents/adults have no idea of a cosmic entity infesting the town of Derry honestly the 1st time we hear about any adult knowing anything is in this episode via the military even then they dont fully comprehend what Pennywise is and even if they do military can easily cover this stuff up always go back to the 1st movie Mike says his grandfather thinks the town is cursed doesnβt mention anything about a monster who feeds on children plus MQ based his theory on what he thought of something that he remembered from the latest movies I recently seen both movies and the adults/parents are definitely not in on knowing Pennywise exist much less taking children
