loved this epi and the writing is so tight. roy is a foil for rebecca throughout this epi - you've got the 'healthy' relationship side of roy and keely being explored, roy goes to the diamond dogs for advice, he's reaching out to others and building community around him, basically, even with the ladies at yoga. and recall what he said to keely - "I like you more than i hate him." and rebecca is the flip of that - she doesn't reach out, not really. the prior epi it'd been 6 years since she talked to her best friend. she keeps herself isolated through all the relationship drama. and right now? she hates rupert more than she likes the team/anyone else. she's kinda learning how to like and how to prioritize those feelings again in some kind of healthy fashion.

When learning healthy thinking and such and dealing with feelings, it can be easy to overcorrect and wanna analyze everything therapeutically, but sometimes the answer is to just get over it. Not every situation needs to be broken down into layers and worked through. As for Rebecca, I love her story, someone trying to be evil and struggling hard with following through. Mason, if the team does well, sure it is a slight against Rupert, but he gets the tangential benefit of his favorite team doing well. I don't know y'alls sports teams, but if your favorite NFL team is the Packers, someone who hates you isn't gonna wanna make them win a superbowl, that would make you happy.
