2025-07-25 04:03:34 +0000 UTCThis episode is proof that adults can end relationships, without drama. Also, they ARE in The Premier League. They're trying to STAY in the premier league. In England, their football leagues are very different. So, for this league, the bottom three teams at the end of the season get relegated to the Championship League. The league below. Now, in the Championship League, the top three will get promoted to the Premier League and their bottom teams are relegated to Leage 1. I think this actually makes winning way more important. Relegation is not good. If you get relegated - you make less money, less sponsorships, less likely to attract better players, as your budget is lower. I've been in love with English Football for 24 years. Having lived over there for 11 years probably helped. Another great show to watch is Welcome to Wrexham - fabulous documentary series about the football club Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney purchased in Wales. They are in one of the much lower leagues when they purchased it. The team needed help. I think you might like it.

I know they cover this in the next episode. but it would be like the chiefs loaning out a brand new running back to the new york giants with the hope hed be a starter and get some good time. so that in a future year when his loan is done hed be experienced.
