Shadow's my absolute favourite, loved this movie n loved that they got Keanu to voice him. Some stuff's changed from the games ofc, most of the movie's based on Sonic Adventure 2 from 2001, but I enjoyed all of it regardless. Near the end having Super Sonic & Super Shadow was incredibly hype, the music that plays when they start working together (various instrumental versions also play multiple times in the movie), was Live & Learn by Crush 40, the same song that plays in the game during the game's final boss fight (which also happens with Super Sonic & Super Shadow working together in space) If you guys enjoyed Shadow, I'd like to suggest checking out "Sonic X Shadow Generations: Dark Beginnings" it's a 14-minute animated short, meant to be an epilogue to a recent game, it's all available for free on Youtube, on Sonic the Hedgehog's official channel. (Just make sure to watch the "Full Animation" as it was originally released in 3 parts.) Shadow's story in the games is a little bit different from the movies, a bit darker and more complicated, for just one example, in the games, Shadow was actually created by Gerald Robotnik, rather than appearing on a meteorite- though the comet did play a role in his creation. (There is so much I could go on about, this brooding hedgehog's a special interest of mine, but on the off-chance you guys decide to check out Dark Beginnings, I wouldn't want to spoil everything)

2025-04-09 18:03:26 +0000 UTCAmy Rose in Sonic 4???!!! That's the pink hedgehog in the end. This was my first time watching Sonic 2 and 3 and I did it as a Baddie. Sonic 3 was easily the best of the three. 4.8 out of 5 Answers for me. So glad I watched it with ya'll.

2025-03-13 00:08:34 +0000 UTCLoved this review couldn’t wait all week. shadow was my favourite a kid I played his levels over and over again was so buzzing when his movie turned out to be the best one.☺️ also the song that played when sonic and shadow where fighting in space is called “love and learn” and played when you fought the hidden final boss at the end as well as the title on sonic adventure 2. I screamed when I heard it !!

2025-03-12 22:08:24 +0000 UTCYeah, so the pink Amy Rose was introduced in Sonic CD , which was the first Sonic game playable on PC (Windows '95, let's go!) as well as the Mega-CD. It also introduced Metal Sonic introduced in the first credit scene. Won't talk about what happens to either or what their role is (at least in the games/cartoons), but definitely excited to see more of this franchise (and Shadow!) Also definitely agree with you guys that this one is, so far at least, my favorite!

2025-03-12 20:07:52 +0000 UTCThe Pink one is named Amy, which was introduced in Sonic CD for Sega CD, on top of Metal Sonic. Which I played the shit out of for years lol, I still go back and replay that game (Still have my original Sega CD/Genesis dual player) couple times a year, so I'm excited for Sonic 4, cause that game was pretty wild to me back then with its plot. Not gunna say much on the plot of the game, but it's got me excited. I believe they said the plan was 5 or 6 movies total for the franchise, and I hope it works out, they haven't failed with these movies yet, and the TV Show was pretty good, too.
