Love this episode! The Billy backstory (poor parents don’t realize their son is dead), seeing the coven in the real world, Ralph Bohner appearance, and Agatha being hilarious and devious. Fun fact: the fake interrogation scene was mostly improvised by Joe and Kathryn!

2025-01-12 06:44:51 +0000 UTCJoe Locke (Billy/William) is really great. He is the main character of a popular teen show on Netflix and has down some Broadway if I'm not mistaken. It's amazing that he scored a Marvel role this early in his career!

2025-01-05 00:03:29 +0000 UTCWait a second - William/Billy's boyfriend texted him a black heart, like the one that appeared on the coven list Lilia made at the beginning? Which I had assumed at the time referred to Rio, but maybe not! I love the full-circle element to this episode (and the Evan Peters cameo! Excellent. Everything is starting to tie together so nicely)

2025-01-03 01:18:24 +0000 UTCDefinitely looking forward to more Billy in future projects and as someone who enjoys the comics a lot I was honestly surprised they even added him to the MCU. So without getting into spoilers i do think Billy’s powers are slightly different than his mother’s. I’m also pretty sure The MCU Billy has the same powers as comic Billy we just haven’t seen enough of him yet.

2025-01-03 00:57:17 +0000 UTCI believe Billy and Tommy were 10ish at the end of Wandavision. Still, they had only been born/created a few days or weeks before the bubble popped. So while the were physically older and had been mental progressed they were still chronologically infants. William was 13 when he died. Either way Billy's scope of reference is drastically different from anyone else's. As for Billy's power I was referring to just the MCU not the comics. In Wandavision she made her twins to be very much like tv clichés where each child takes identical traits from a different family member, ie: her and Pietro. I think they are explaining the color difference as since they are two separate people/souls their powers won't look identical. But yeah comic Billy's powers definitely have their own flair. Of course if this was the comics his boyfriend's name would be Teddy instead of Eddie... and be a blonde white boy most of the time. 😆 I am crossing my fingers that this show paves the way for their and their teams story. Being some of the newer comics I don't feel like they get the love and acclaim that they deserve.

2025-01-02 22:37:00 +0000 UTCEvan Peters was also in Mare of Easttown, the show they were spoofing on in the first episode of Agatha.

2025-01-02 22:15:37 +0000 UTCAmazing summary. Just 2 things 1. At the end of Wandavision I thought Billy was around 13 so he had the mental age of a 13 year old just with very few actual memories because they just became older instantly 2. According to the comics Billy’s power isn’t just a copy of Wanda’s it’s a different type of magic, though they are very similar it’s not exact hence why his hands were glowing blue not red.

2025-01-02 21:29:59 +0000 UTCYou've made it to the next arc of show! 🎉 As you said a lot of questions were answered, but some of them you haven't asked yet, or thought through what the new context means for what has happened. No spoilers but to help put things into perspective going forward: 1. Billy's age, existence, and power. Yes, his body is 16, however at this point he is consecutively roughly 3 - 3.5. His life experiences are far more limited than a normal 16 year old. When Wanda was shutting down her bubble she still hadn't truly understood her power. She willed the twins' souls into being, meaning her kids were real. So when she was 'correcting' everything she didn't realize that her kids couldn't just be unmade. Their souls now existed and couldn't just dissappear. They had to live and die like all life. Billy, because he was created with Wanda's power, didn't understand what happened when he ended up in William's body. He was too young, his power just did it for him like a defense mechanism. Billy's powers are a copy of Wanda's, so there's going to be a hell of a learning curve to them. We've seen that the power itself takes a lot of mental control or it can lash out to protect Billy. Having the ability to make any thought you have a reality... talk about a heavy burden to bear. 2. The coven. It's funny, you brought up that his boyfriend calls him his 🖤 'Black Heart', and didn't connect it back to the coven list in episode 1. Billy was always supposed to be on the road with them. Not Sharon, or Rio. They didn't need either of them. Lillia couldn't write his name because of the sigil, so the 🖤 was the work around. This episode gave us the answer to the question you've been asking: why was he with them on the road if he isn't part of the coven? He is part of the coven, and he's been participating in every trial. His role has just been different than the others. In the 1st trial he didn't drink because it required one of them to be unpoisoned, but he helped collect ingredients, and brew the potion like the rest of them. In the 2nd he played the guitar. In the 3rd he read the rules, was part of the Ouija with everyone, read the board while Agatha's mom possessed her, and remembered to say goodbye to release the spirit at the end. Most importantly, in all of them he was the one who started the trial. As we finally saw in this episode all of the coven are people he either met, knew, knew of, or admired. He's not just part of the coven, it's HIS coven. ... Like I said, just some clarification to put everything that's happening into sharper perspective for you. I'm so happy you guys are really enjoying this and getting into the meat of the series. You'll start seeing a LOT more threads being weaved together tight. The best part is that even with the 'Big Reveal' there's still more cards being kept close to the vest! 🩷💛🩵

2025-01-02 20:18:40 +0000 UTCLet’s go! Billy’s backstory was really entertaining, I always love me some Maximoffs. Like you said it was nice for them to give him an episode to show his acting and flesh out the character of Billy more.
