You may love them, but the likelihood of them clicking with men past their middle age is somewhat low. I liked them when I was younger, but now I do not after rewatching them. I'd recommend something more along the lines of Berserk, Death Note, Claymore, etc.. mature storylines and without the comedy that turns off older guys.

2024-10-17 00:56:18 +0000 UTCDeath Note and Full Alchemist Brotherhood are on par with this as the best anime that are finished and easily digestible. if you do Full Alchemist Brotherhood.... make sure you do that exact title or you'll be starting a very bad adaptation. Vinland Saga is also another amazing anime but it is ongoing.

Some shorter animes that are really good are Gurren Lagann, Death Parade, and BNA: Brand New Animal. I can't wait to see your reactions to the last episodes of AOT!!! This is so excitingggg

I feel like since you'll have a poll it will be a popular anime. I'm guessing you'll be watching Death Note, JJK, or Demon Slayer next. All great btw. Definitely love that AOT is your first anime on the channel. Definitely my favorite anime of all time. Really hope you guys watch Death Note next. It's a crazy physiological ride. Demon Slayer isn't long, but has absolutely beautiful scenes and amazing action. Definitely worth checking out more animes.

2024-10-16 09:23:03 +0000 UTCWatched all of those and they're great, but I also have the same opinion that AOT is the better story and has me caring for the characters more, even the side characters. I think Bad Medicine will also watch other animes and agree that AOT is the best over time (just my prediction). Everyone can have different opinions of course, but the majority will say AOT is the best, even if the fandom is divided on opinions. Everyone still loved the story and characters, even of they don't agree with the ending or Eren's choices. It was meant to have us divided. If the next anime chosen is a popularity vote I predict it will be Death Note or JJK.

I know the comments could just explain to them whats going on but the only time they read comments is when there's an issue with the video or a slight criticism. I'm also afraid they'd be annoyed by the loud and eccentric humour. Since they're new to anime, I don't think they should hop on demon slayer just yet

Didn't cry, even when Sasha died, was sad about it obviously. But I just care more about demon slayers characters. AOT is definitely the pinnacle of story writing. I reread Demon Slayer 6 times over and only on the 6th time did I not cry haha.

There are animes that have better stories than AOT, I've only seen 38 animes in my life and I don't even consider AOT in my top 5. AOT is amazing but saying no others can live up to it is insane.

It has a relatively simple story especially in comparison to AoT but my goodness is it GORGEOUSLY animated and the Sub is so so good. (not saying a simple story cant be good, though - my favorite movie of all time is James Cameron's Avatar, talk about simple but pretty haha) As for AoT discussion, one of my favorite characters is actually Commander Magath. On the surface he's just another cold Marleyan with a distaste for Eldians, but he has shown himself to listen to the Warrior candidates more than the other officers. He listens to their ideas with the same consideration as he would an equal rather than dismissing them outright like some of the others did to Reiner. And my favorite part about him that we've seen so far is when Gabi reunites with the Marleyan troups, the FIRST thing he does is pull her into a fatherly hug. I think he cares a lot more than he lets on.

Because there are still tough decisions to make for everyone involved, don’t you think? What Conny will do about his mother and Falco? Where Annie is at? And I don’t think that one conversation is nearly enough to assess what Eren is doing.

I hope to see that or Death Note for the next anime if you do another after this for the Monday slot! (Vinland Saga you would enjoy watching it in sub or dub probably, but Death Note has an extremely popular english dub and I feel like more people would want to see it in english, just incase you guys do end up going for Death Note. But excited regardless of language!)

In 2022's Anime Awards (like Oscars for Anime), Eren was nominated for Best Protagonist & Best Antagonist. He won Best Antagonist :D His transformation is truly fascinating and well written imo. It doesn't feel out of place that he turned out like this.

I thought about him here and there but it was never critical for me as we were getting so much amazing story
