Yeah for one they changed how sokka’s father didn’t think of him as the warrior and I was upset about that etc bc it was the opposite in the animated version

2024-03-21 10:17:24 +0000 UTCTotally agree with oak’s breakdown at the end; I don’t think all the live action changes were bad (I enjoyed quite a bit of the zuko/iroh ones) nor was I opposed to seeing changes as long as they maintained the spirit of the animated atla, but I feel like at certain points the live action takes some liberties that go against the messaging of the original story
