I see where probably the misunderstanding comes from, you don’t know anime at all. Anime is just the medium and it contains many genres of stories. So AOT is a mystery action drama. Not fillers but episodes where you need a little bit of investigation to solve the mystery of the world the action takes place in!

2024-03-16 16:54:47 +0000 UTCHi, guys! Love your video reaction to Attack on Titan! I just want to mention one thing: AoT is one of the few anime that doesn't have actual filler episodes. It has some mixed canon/filler episodes, but in reality, they are very few. Also, the additional "filler" content in the anime has been requested by the original mangaka, Hajime Isayama. So you can essentially say that there are absolutely no fillers at all. Here is a list (no spoilers, of course) of these Mixed Canon/Filler Episodes: Episode 22 (Season 1, Episode 22) Episode 33 (Season 2, Episode 8) And finally, Episodes 38-41 (Season 3, Episodes 1-4)

2024-03-05 00:52:24 +0000 UTCSome of the OVA’s are apart of the storyline though & should be watched like ‘No regrets part 1 & 2’ & also ‘Ilse’s Notebook’. Watching these two is a must, they add more lore & just give more depth onto the world building as well. The guys can watch these three OVA’s all together after watching season 2 episode 1. Some of the Lost Girls OVA’s should be watched too but they don’t have to worry about these ones till later. These OVA’s are there to be watched

I imagine a 15 meter titan would still weigh a lot! But it's body is lighter than a human would be at 15 meters tall.

There is no rush to watch the OVAs.

Most of them are optional, while others are highly recommended. These are: A choice with no regrets part 1 and 2(Levi’s backstory/origin story) and Ilses Notebook. Edit:You could start watching No regrets and Ilses Notebook right after the first episode of season 2.
