2024-03-14 00:06:56 +0000 UTCr you retarded? if eren was the one who broke away from his group and began moving in the direction of the titan that killed Thomas, then when was it armins liability? his legs were eaten because of his negligence and carelessness. had he not been a titan, it is how he would have died. why might armins horror at seeing one of his buddies die make him a liability? he joined the survey solely for one reason (his friends) and legit bear in mind that this WAS his first encounter with a titan and similarly everyone else experienced this (jean, connie, etc)

Because the time gaps in all information for public disclosure, and all black screens for commercial break. so I have to re-synch it every single time one pops up. If it doesn't destroy the viewing experience I'd much rather Hulu. As I'm not subbing to another platform.

Yes, a lot of people would freeze but if you know that's what you would do (and Armin has established its what he does and has acknowledged it), you don't join the military when they rely on you to do the complete opposite. You especially don't join the branch that has you coming face to face with them. If I were a survivor, I'd lose faith in the military and not trust them to keep me safe. If I were a fellow soldier, I wouldn't want/allow him on my team. Yes others froze but then they got it together. He stayed in that state even when his best friend became their food. I always felt he should have been a researcher or trainer. Fight the battle off the field.

I used to swim competitively starting at the age of 5, and as I got older my anxiety got so bad that every time before a race or a swim meet, I had to throw up right before so I can get all my jitters out. I was a very gifted swimmer, but it was taking a toll on my body and mind trying to cope with anxiety of competing. I used my skills and lifeguarded for 7 years but quit last year because it was too much anxiety. I feel like I saved so many people who wouldnt be alive today though, so Im thankful I put my skills to use even if I was anxious. Soldiers, marines, navy seals, everyone fighting has a whole level of bravery and selflessness.

This show hits the ground running and is very difficult to not binge, atleast you guys don't have years to wait in-between seasons, I watched this show from the beginning and that was always really hard. Excellent reaction as always, can't wait to watch the journey with you guys! I wish I could rewatch this show again for the first time.

Yes they can give you hints and images that will cause you to question what will happen in future episodes, but I have never agreed with those that say to skip them. Just view with the understanding you will get a snapshot of whats coming.

I’ve been watching since the early 90s and I can honestly say that anime has become overwhelmingly euphoric. Jumping straight into this was definitely epic but to start another one at the same time is a lot. Even if it was one of the big 3 which I’m sure most of us would love but it’s A LOT. I would however recommend venturing into smaller projects in between but still anime related. Maybe some studio ghibli films or one of my favorites “Princess Mononoke” even Akira. Maybe even shorter series but still top tier like Cowboy Bebop. Whatever it is you guys choose to do I’m down for it though. Another thing to note is that anime gives you lots of spoilers in the intros. Depending on the series “arch” so you guys might want to avoid them until after an arch/ season ends. Eventually you’ll see why the gym bros gravitate towards some of these epic series… they get, you, PUMPED. GLHF

He froze day 1 and just watched from the boat, everyone getting munched on. I don't know what made him think he could handle being guard. He had these rants throughout training too. And once again, he froze and he got Erin taken out in his stead.

2024-01-29 17:49:43 +0000 UTCThe hulu translations of some names are totally off so as a fan of AOT it makes me cringe😂 Hulu also has some periods when the screen goes black (probably because those were when commercial breaks were) When and if these guys go on to watch more anime it makes it easier to stay on a single platform for that type of content
