As others have said, prob a year before this even came out it was publicly announced by marvel studios and Kevin feige that they hired Jonathan majors to play kang the conqueror in ant man 3. So we all knew just that. So when he popped up at the end of this the people that knew that info were hyped as heck. But yes, marvel made sure to announce that way before to make this a hype moment. Unfortunately, but the right thing to hold people accountable, majors is now fired from marvel studios after his guilty verdict. But it seems the plan is to recast kang and continue the story.

If the boys wanted to have a quick look at where something falls on the timeline look at the "mcu timeline in order" section on disney plus, it shows all the movies and shows in order of timeline not release :) I'm going to echo another comment about andor you guys really need to check it out.. best star wars content in years

Kevin Feige had announced this back in 2019 during Phase 3, stating that all future films would be connected to the upcoming TV shows. This connected universe was kicked off with the release of wandavision following the events of Avengers Endgame.

2024-01-11 23:27:39 +0000 UTCYou supposed to see first this season before Quantumania, but yes, everyone knew Jonathan Major was going to play Kang The Conquerer, and that he was going to be the next big villain, because of the internet haha, the talking, what we didn't know that this was just a small introduction of his story, because this was like the pacific Kang, not the Conquerer, that now it supose it's coming, I haven't watched Loki season 2, so happy to watch it now with you guys. I've been losing my hope with Mavel :'( but Loki with Wandavision and What if..? are my favorite Marvel Shows.

We knew jonathan was going to be Kang, just didn't know we'd get him this much this soon, or at least, a variant of Kang before Quantumania, with the teaser at the end of Quantumania was for season 2 of Loki. Loki is hands down, my favorite and I think the best out of the Marvel TV Series. just so so good and can't watch to watch all 4 of you checking out Season 2 of Loki!
