...The moment when the treaty is signed. Kuvira is framing the issue as 'they stole our land', but what actually happened is that the Earth King ceded it. Now, you may disagree with the idea of a monarchy, but that doesn't mean you can just invalidate international treaties that a previous ruler signed just because you want to.
