2023-10-30 22:25:54 +0000 UTCKorra has consistently been a show that's given me things I never knew I wanted, but end up loving and being fascinated by -- the setting update in Season 1, the first Avatar's origins in Season 2, and pretty much one awesome thing after another in Season 3 (airbender villain, lava bending, etc.). Now that includes some new, layered Lin / Toph family back story. That fight between Zaheer and Kya is great! I love seeing the daughter of Katara and Aang showing off some interesting bending, even if she did end up outmatched by the season's big bad. Action choreography this season is some of the best across both shows, IMHO. This is a great stretch in one of my favorite seasons of Avatar.
