EARLY ACCESS: Kung Fu Panda 3 FULL REACTION

Kung Fu Panda 3, the latest installment in the beloved animated franchise, delivers yet another delightful and action-packed adventure. From the start, the film's animation captures the essence of ancient Chinese landscapes with stunning detail. The vibrant colors and intricate design create a visually captivating experience that sets the stage for the epic showdown between good and evil. Such an impressive way to do it.

The introduction of Po's long-lost father, Li Shan, voiced by Bryan Cranston, adds a layer of emotional depth to the story. Their journey of self-discovery and bonding strikes a heartfelt chord, and the father-son dynamic is explored with genuine warmth. J.K. Simmons' Kai, the supernatural antagonist, brings a formidable presence to the film. His menacing aura and impressive mastery of martial arts create a worthy challenge for Po and the Furious Five. The battle between Kai's jade warriors and the kung fu masters is a sight to behold, showcasing the power of teamwork and determination.

Jack Black's portrayal of Po continues to shine, bringing his signature charm and wit to every scene. The interactions between Po and his fellow pandas are a highlight, adding a dose of lighthearted comedy that keeps the film engaging throughout. Shoutout to all the cast and crew on this. The work done on all 3 films was amazing.

We feel that Kung Fu Panda 3 maintains the franchise's winning formula of action, humor, and heart. With its captivating animation, well-developed characters, and engaging storyline. We seen some say its the weakest of the 3, but it still delivered in our eyes. Cannot wait until they 4th comes out.

What was your reaction? What did we miss? Any predictions for Kung fu Panda 4?

They're all special in their own way but this one is definitely my favourite

I did! I bum-rushed the last handful of episodes because I was in the middle of moving into a new apartment, so I definitely need to sit down and give the whole thing a proper treatment - but I did watch it all the way through. I'm working on the earlier series now.

you finish it?, its my first and favorite anime all time

AGREED! Princess Mononoke is amazing!

I'm coming off of this having recently watched Airbender myself - I binged it over a long weekend about a month before I found your guys' reaction channel - but my friend who pushed me to watch that has now insisted I watch Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I'm 18 episodes into it now and it's a wrenching emotional rollercoaster. Similarly to Airbender, the focus is on teenage kids - trying to deal with life after being dealt nasty cards, and within the context of war. Y'all definitely should put it on the list. It's widely regarded by critics as one of the best anime series ever produced. Just like Airbender, Fullmetal has a fresh rating of 100%

I'd say Mononoke is as intense as Pixar.

I noticed a number of subscribers have been suggesting Ghibli animated films in various posts - Badd Medicine may have seen some. If Badd Medicine wants to take a break from Pixar's intense emotional hits, with a different kind of animated films, my individual experience is that 4 Ghibli films are light-hearted : Ponyo ( 2008 ) : Light-hearted. All main characters live. Kiki's Delivery Service ( 1989 ) : Light-hearted. All main characters live. Castle in the Sky ( 1986 ) : Action adventure. Good guys live. My Neighbor Totoro ( 1988 ) : Heartwarming. All main characters live. Ghibli animated films have a style tha feels very different, but I did enjoy them as a nice contrast to Pixar's style of intense emotional hits. For me, I really enjoyed watching with the English audio dubs, and found the English audio very helpful - though I know some subscribers might strongly insist on original Japanese audio. I've also seen other subscribers suggest a few other Ghibli films : I would say Spirited Away ( 2001 ) & Princess Mononoke ( 1997 ) may be more intense, though maybe not Pixar intense ( depending on the individual ). I should say that 1 Ghibli film is very intensely sad : Grave of the Fireflies ( 1988 ) is very intensely sad ( imagine the sadness of Up or HTTYD2 multiplied by five hundred ).

I knew you guys would love it!! It's my favorite in the trilogy but I have to say, the first one still has a special place in my heart. A connection that I make with the first movie and the last is how in the first one, Po says to Shifu ''I thought, if anyone could change me, could make me NOT me, it was you!'' and then in the third one, Shifu tells him he's trying to make Po into Po. Also, I'm glad Po didn't have a love interest in this one either. When Mei Mei was introduced that there would be some attempted at romance, and I thought that it was already pretty packed up with the lessons and coparenting that I didn't think there would be place for a love interest. I'm glad the movie focused more on the Dads and their son becoming the best version of himself. Maybe there'll be a love interest in the 4th movie? Very curious to see what the producers will give us for a story line. The third movie had a really nice conclusion. I'm always a bit on the fence when trilogies that ended beautifully get new movies. We'll see!

Yesssssssss, we also need puss in boots. Mainly the second one!!!

I'm wondering if you guys have watched Puss in Boots: The Last Wish? If not it's a must watch!

Hey guys! Was wondering if Mason Quinn has checked out Baldur's Gate 3! I remember him mentioning the original game on the potter roundtable video. IK this has nothing to do with Kung Fu Panda 3 but I recently found the game and was curious.

This is my favourite Triology. What i love about it, is that these are not seperate films. Just like Harry Potter, they build of eachother and one couldnt excist without the other. If i have to choose a favourite, its the second one. BUT, I dont rank the others lower. For me, all three films are just as good as the other. They have their own messages but are one whole. This film rounds the series up perfectly. It was very good, solid and most of all, i loved that he didnt got a love interest. Most sequels give a love interest, which is fine but by giving him no love interest, makes the story of 1, 2 and 3 better. This was all about personal growth. About accepting yourself and learning along the way. Lots of times sequels are weaker than the first one, but they are all evenly good, which is a great accomplishment. Im not excited about Kung Fu Panda 4. I think the triology is perfect as it is and you shouldnt touch it. I have also seen what 4 will be about and i hope its not what i saw. If its true it would become very childish. I want it to be good, so i hope that what i have seen, is false. I love your reaction to this film series. Cant wait to see you react to other animation films as: - Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron - Brother bear - Anastasia - Treasure Planet - Atlantis the lost Empire - Coco - Soul etc

AyaaChann

As I said before, you really can't go wrong with each of these movies. In my opinion, they're all on equal footing to be honest. As a small side note, I love how in the end credits for each movie, they've always had Jackie Chan's name separate from the rest of the cast, almost as if in a place of honor.
