2023-07-24 01:23:46 +0000 UTCSeason 1 is just a jumping off point. It gets even more graphic on the violence, blood and gore and themes as the story goes on. It's completely up to the adaptation and Kirkman wanting to fix some things he has said he wished he had done differently. I imagine even us comic fans will be surprised down the road with changes or events done a bit differently which I think is great. Keeps us all invested and guessing how it will be done.
