Let's just say he wasn't fully prepared for a couple of these scenes. This was was wild start and it only gets crazier from here. Can't wait for episode 2.

2023-06-28 02:35:23 +0000 UTCI hope you guys end up checking out The Boys "Diabolical", it's a series of animated shorts/episodes but as every episode is different, it's not for everyone. If not the entire season, please check out "One plus One equals two" A very interesting (AND CANON TO THE LIVE ACTION SHOW) look into Homelanders past, and "Im your pusher", as people may know this show is based off a comic book, this episode is what the show would be like if it was comic accurate.

This is what made the Boys so popular, it dealt with some real stuff..yeah itโs parody but itโs REAL AND IN YOUR FACE situationsโฆnot going to be able to play it down guysโฆthereโs a lot more where that came from

From the outside it's entertaining, but also deeply disturbing. They really have fun while on fire over there. Just sucks that they won't be able to go any further and the hyper violence won't overstimulate anymore, since it always needs to go up, it can't go down.

2023-06-27 16:49:55 +0000 UTCOooh Iโm so excited for you guys to get into this one (or back into, for Mason Quinn & the Answer!). The hardest part is overcoming the gratuitous gore/graphic stuff. It can be hard to stomach sometimes but that shock factor also is weirdly part of what makes the show what it is. Itโs WILD but so, so good. And Antony Starr as Homelander is just absolute perfection. The fact that he hasnโt even been nominated for an Emmy for this is seriously criminal. (Or the fact that the show still hasnโt won one for anything!) Sorry for the gushing. The Boys is just to good haha
