A day off for... Ok, I was definitely not born to take a day off. I'm loving everything I'm doing! I dove in headfirst earlier because I recently did a live stream teaching how to create attractive Sims with unique appearances. What few people knew is that I had to use some filters to brighten the faces of my Sims because it was... TOO DARK in Create a Sim. I know, maybe not everyone will agree with me, but in my case, that was the case.
What really struck my Achilles' heel is that practically ALL the mods and CC I made were based on how I saw the game with the filters. I started doing this because I saw the future as a place where everyone would have the same opportunity and could make their games wonderful with filters, but... The more filters I added, the more they said: "Your game is so gray and sad." Also, what is the sense of building mods in a way that few people would see?

And that's fine, I got inspired by the wrong cyberpunk video to give color and life to my game. The weather in that video was cloudy, and I followed it to the letter.

Well, none of that matters because you're here to see what I've done this time. And I've built two new mods. A lighting mod for Create a Sim, inspired by my TS3 Beta Lighting mod, to ILLUMINATE those who are the focus of your gameplay, your beloved Sims! And of course, I also rebuilt my Create a Sim background (Be careful, the linked site is outdated, and I don't use it anymore) to match the new intensity of colors and brightness of the Sims! <3

If I may say, I much prefer the view from this window than from my old CAS. The walls aren't as cracked anymore, and now there's just the right amount of noise intensity. How we change over time!

Indeed, our Sims have been illuminated and their shadows darkened. Nothing in this Create a Sim is flat. Everything is meaningful and deep, just as their stories should be. I've been striving to convey a renewed vision of what I see for the franchise and for The Sims 3 through my mods. That's why these efforts are being directed towards other segments as well. From more meaningful and impactful gameplays, with simple mods that profoundly alter Sims' autonomy, to visual mods that make everything even more stunning.

Simulation mode and CAS, all with the same lighting.

And yes, if I forgot to mention, I've been setting aside my filters every day to make this game stunning not only for myself but for everyone, regardless of the machine they're using to play. I see the potential and the hidden power behind this game. This visual has always been there, it could have been done by someone else, but I can say that I'm grateful for having the chance to learn, test 300 times, and achieve the final goal set in my mind.
I'm excited about what the future holds, and I know we'll be together when that day comes.
Thank you for supporting my work, thank you for inspiring me to continue. Thank you for being a part of all of this with me!!
