FAST CHANGE CAMERA MOD - SIMS 3

Have you ever heard of Motion sickness? Some people experience motion sickness from fast camera movements and other similar situations, which in some cases prevents them from playing first-person games, and games like The Sims, even in third-person. I didn't create this mod to solve this problem, however, I was happy to receive feedback from a player with motion sickness saying how useful the mod was. So I told her I would make this mod an "accessibility" mod xD

That said, this was obviously not the purpose, but a huge benefit relative to the main focus, which I'm extremely pleased to have achieved even unintentionally.

This mod, as seen in the video, takes you straight to the selected Sim. This prevents the game from navigating around the entire map, causing lag with the provisional rendering of lots along the way.

However, there is a catch: As the camera cuts straight to the Sim, the movement time has been reduced to zero, which means that right-clicking on the map to leave point A and go to point B will no longer work. You can still drag the camera by pressing right button however. In the current topic, I better demonstrate what I mean.

I hope you all benefit from this mod and a huge thank you to everyone who welcomed it. I'm happy to have provided these reactions with yet another considerably simple mod, but one that changes the entire game dynamic, as it reduces the inconveniences we experience while playing The Sims 3.

*If you are using any other camera mod, make sure to remove it.

*If you have my mods folder, remove the camera mod located in the Overrides folder.

It doesn't matter if you put it in the Packages or Overrides folder, the mod will work in either of the two folders. If you like the result and it's possible, share it with your friends and we'll take this mod further, to make ts3 more accessible not only to those with motion sickness, but to any players who face inconveniences or problems with optimizing the game.
