Comments

It's not as good as ang because they were only allowed to go one season at a time.but it's still decent

Mike

Definitely on the list😁🤘

Badd Medicine

Will you be Watching the Sequel Series The Legend of Korra?

john crosby

if its the same one im thinking of then im with you there

Sam Harris

I'd recommend using the chapter format going forward(and for YouTube), for example this would be chapter 11, 12 & 13(cause they doubled up on 12 & 13), and continue the next one as and it will be Book 2 Chapter 14 next watch, it's the more accepted format by the fan base and it's just how the show is formatted, it won't be on Netflix forever so they really should be separate.

One of my favorite episodes is coming up! Can’t get through this specific episode without crying 😂

DezzCuse

Love the reactions! Always get excited when I see that email saying the next avatar reaction's up! Hope to see more soon!

Señor Spicy

Exactly as you said. Appa is really the last thing from his old life in this world where his people and home no longer exist.

Jeffri Boisvert

these last six episodes are gonna be 🔥🔥 I'd like to see the guys book three predictions at the end of 2

Oulianor Timothee

Glad you did comment. Keep the info coming! We do like reading them and getting info we missed or just didn't think of.

Badd Medicine

Not sure we have to time to do that. But always happy to help and guide. :)

Badd Medicine

yeah I was surprised when they put 12 & 13 together on NEtflix, but it makes sense with how The Serpent's Pass ends. Loved seeing Suki again, and all the team work. It's insane we're here at Ba Sing Se, sooooo important to the series as a whole to be here. I'm excited!

It's also the first time Aang kills a living thing. That alone was so shocking for his character to do since he's someone that respects all living things.

lobomoo

What a treat! Three episodes in one and so glad you guys are loving it. Kinda going off what Isaac said, Appa and Momo are the last piece of the Airbenders that Aang has. He doesn't have any family or friends left so that's why his attachment to them is so strong and emotional

Ivan Rasmussen

Appa it’s not only his Pet. Its his guardian and the last thing he has from his past and the air nomads. His best friend. It makes me cry seeing him so destroyed.

Isaac Dominguez

Worked perfectly fine for me

Foof

Fun fact: In the "Serpent's Pass" episode, the couple you see in this episode (the pregnant woman and her husband) is the same ones from "Zuko Alone" episode when Zuko saw a pregnant woman and her husband but decided not to rob them of their food.

Hey all, forgot to ask, does the timer line up with y'all? Or does it lag a bit?

Badd Medicine

I know its been good so far but it's about be really good from here. I think from here onwards any doubts that this show is complex enough to be enjoyed by adults will be removed!

Noah Moore

Getting close to the end of Book 2 already. It's nice to see that Aang has matured so much from the boy who was playing with penguins in the South pole when he first awakened from his cryosleep. He's learned so much and still has a lot to learn. If you noticed, the first time he fought with Azula, he was more uncertain, mostly on the defense. Since he's met Toph, he doesn't necessarily backup from fights. Encountering Azula again, he was more confident, used more elements. He's still not totally there, but you slowly see the shift in him, everything he's learned so far shaping him into the avatar.

Miss_CJ

I'm not as fond of Korra but the animation is even better and there is super cool bending!!

Miss_CJ

Little detail if you guys didn't catch it, we saw the pregnant couple at the beginning of episode 7 Zuko Alone. Zuko made the decision not to steal food from them after noticing that the woman was pregnant and now Zuko gets to see them again on the train with the baby already born.

AJ

Yep netflix combines chapter 12 and chapter 13 and calls it episode 12 so it's like a 2 part episode. So we got 3 chapters, 11, 12 and 13

Foof

Guys this was just awesome, I was going crazy when you continued!😆 sneaky how you didn't put that in the title, sneaky but effective and appreciated 😏 wonderful insights as usual and such a joy to watch. I'm sure you already know but when videos like this drop it honestly just makes my day 😌 of course, Oak hit the nail on the head on how the show is really developed now and everything from here on out is just going to be more of the good stuff. I could go into so much detail about the episodes and your comments but I think its just enough to say you all are doing an amazing job and it's so nice to hAang ( no apologies 🤭) out with you! 😁

Rey's Got Plans

This tweet popped up a few days ago on my Twitter timeline about the scene with the cabbage merchant. Funny since y'all just got to this episode 😄 but the video is slowed down to confirm that there was in fact a cabbage slug in his cart!!! https://twitter.com/MKatwood/status/1618683515964624897?s=20&t=9_Ou1cZIplr90T0sSjU1QQ

I think it’s worth noting that Aang is showing more strength now after being in the avatar state. So it shows him becoming stronger overall. I find it interesting that Netflix decided to lump these last two together. They could have done that with the previous two episodes but didn’t. Also interesting because the intro showed the last episode as episode 13, but Netflix doesn't recognize that and does more of this in future episodes, so the episode listing in Netflix does not always coincide with the episode listing for the show.

Ginger

The avatar series as a whole ( aang and then eventually korra ) it’s an amazing universe and this is barely the tip of the iceberg with so much content soon to be put out. Would love to see y’all look into those other avenues eventually as well !! Love the vids

Rudy

Wait seriously?? Can’t wait to see it tonight!!

Scott Bringel

I had finally caught up with these and the wait was killing me! First time watching the series too and experiencing it alongside your reactions is great.

Unholy Tater

what a surprise to also get episode 13!!! yay

Julia

I never comment, but The Desert is always a hard episode for me to watch. Not only is Appa Aang's animal guide and friend, but he is the last connection that Aang has to his people. Aang also entered the avatar state from the grief of realizing that the other air nomads (his people, his culture, and his family) are all gone. Appa has stood through all of this with Aang. To see that complete shift in personality in a child as Aang succumbs to the depression/rage of losing his last connection to his home is utterly heartbreaking. It gives me chills and makes me tear up every time.

Will

An early episode! This is a great start to a new week!

T0b1maru

Loved these episodes. One thing to expand on is that Appa isn't just Aang's pet. He is his animal guide, just like how Avatar Roku's dragon that we have seen a few times. They have a special connection.

Culper (Lukas)

They know their audience well. :)

Culper (Lukas)

Literally the same over here 😆

Angelina

Yes letsss goooooooo, I’ve never commented before so, for the first thing im gonna ask is, could u make a video about how u edit and stay away from copyright on YouTube?👀

Nidaja Laser

Perfect timing. Just got in for lunch!
