I’m listening to the Paula plane crash thing on main and it reminds me of an actual plane crash I read a book about: United 232 in 1989. It suffered engine failure and crashed in an Iowa cornfield where people were rescued.

2024-07-23 01:34:58 +0000 UTCYay! I just watched this doc yesterday, so this was fun. I agree that it was just okay overall, but I did enjoy it and I was glad it was short. Regarding Faye’s plastic surgery, I think all her facelifts have been the early kind that are “skin only,” as opposed to current techniques that reposition muscle and underlying facial structures. That’s why her face looks so pulled. I was also curious about her nose, as she appears to have no columella at this point. I think suddenly becoming hot when she was young was due to weight loss and possibly buccal fat removal. That surgery is trendy now but it’s been around for a long time. Also, really thin people look amazing on camera. We don’t say it but now we said it… And her son is/was extremely hot! He’s worth Google image searching. Thanks again!

2024-07-22 15:09:03 +0000 UTCI wonder if she also has a dx of borderline personality disorder. Joan Crawford had it, and my mother has it. Mommie Dearest could’ve been a documentary, it’s exactly how my mom would act with her BPD. Faye’s son saying it’s how Faye acted in real life makes me wonder.
