That ending though... holy crap. That was a cliffhanger. It had it's own innovation to it. It definitely came into their own style in this one. Looking forward to the final film. Wondering if this is just one big experiment? Can't wait to read your comments.

2022-11-25 22:25:49 +0000 UTCAs I recall, there were supposed to be 4 movies. The creators wanted to turn the 4th movie into a TV release and the actors were not on board and the fourth release was scrapped. So the third movie wonโt feel like a conclusion.

2022-11-24 15:13:51 +0000 UTCI think the reason why so many people aren't as crazy about 2 and 3 is because they do go off the rails quite a bit between the books and the movies. Watching this reaction tonight, my son and I both commented on how different the book is. Still a good movie though.

2022-11-23 20:17:09 +0000 UTCI will never forgive them for dropping the ball on my comfort series from my teens. The final movie was meant to be 2 parts but Allegiant tanked at the box office. There were talks of a TV series but if I remember correctly most of the main cast said they wouldn't do it. Anyways thank you for bringing me so much joy rewatching all these dystopian movies that I cherish so much!โก
