2024-04-12 23:29:49 +0000 UTCI went to see Kate Bush in London and she definitely video recorded both nights I was there - I would bet that a lot of the visuals and special effects that looked incredible in the room would just look kind of small and cheap on video - in the same way that most videos of Broadway shows lose something when recorded, even with great camera work. I’m annoyed about it too but I bet her perfectionist streak for visuals kicked in hard. Others may disagree that’s just my take.
