2024-03-24 00:04:30 +0000 UTCOn ‘no trespassing’ signs in obvious spots - this happened in Canada so might not apply - even when it is super obvious there are certain things that require a sign to officially enforce. I used to live in the worst apartment building in Toronto (ICE Condos true hell) and idiots would drive and park on what was clearly a pedestrian patio - like drive over two curbs, weave around a decorative fountain and trees to park between benches kind of chaos. When I got angry the building explained that until they put up ‘no parking’ signs, they could not ticket or tow, regardless of how obvious it was. 🤦🏻♀️
