My dad/aunts/uncles were all pretty young when I was born so I grew up knowing about music from before my time, so I was surprised to find out about this popstar that was a pretty big deal. It was like finding an artifact (from a civilization that no one gives a shit about).

Also, I’ve always heard that Ava Gardner quotation as “There’s only 110 pounds of Frank, but 10 pounds of it is cock,” which makes a lot more sense than the way that book has it.
