Unleashing the power without Terms of Use

Just a week ago, I was confronted with the limitations imposed by content creators and their restrictive usage policies. As an avid player of The Sims, I confess that I often neglected to read these Terms of Use. A mistake. Now I realize that the time has come to change this landscape. And here I am, determined to redefine the boundaries of content creation for The Sims 3, transferring the power from the creators' hands to the players' hands, as it should have been from the beginning.

From this moment on, I commit myself to recreate a series of retextures, mods, and anything else within my reach (from scratch), and best of all: these contents will be completely unencumbered by any imposed restrictions. When you have these files on your computer, it will be up to you to decide what to do with them. Do you want to use them to create a spectacular world to share with other players? Feel free to do so! Do you want to use them as a basis for a new creative project? The choice is yours! My goal is to ensure that no one else has to face the same difficulties as I, did when all I wanted was to share my passion and talent with the world.

Together, we can transform the universe of The Sims 3 into something magnificent and truly ours. Let's challenge established conventions and unleash our unlimited creativity! It's time to take the reins of creative power and shape The Sims 3 according to our most ambitious visions and dreams.

You are essential to this transformation. Together, we will build a virtual world beyond imagination, where limits are merely illusions, and freedom of expression is the key to excellence. Let's create a new era in the community, where players are the true protagonists.

And to those who have pursued me: If you weren't pursuing me, how do you explain the page files that were saved in Archive as evidence in case I decided to delete them? (Although I never considered going back on my stance). If there was no persecution or "witch hunt," why did you delight in liking, sharing, and interacting with defamatory content about me? And worst of all, using my image as an emoji for reactions on your server? I'll just say one thing: Good luck.

I am prepared to face any obstacle that stands in our way. Because the truth is, those who tried to silence me only strengthened my determination. I believe in the strength of the player community and our ability to create a bright and liberating future for The Sims 3. There is nothing they can do to stop us.

While that group clings to old ways of doing things, we will advance towards a new era of player empowerment. Together, we will bring forth a revolution that will not be forgotten.
