5 is High & 1 is low

4 overall for the series. Ranked first to fourth movie would be 4, 5, 3, 4. There are few movie series I can re-watch and both enjoy and feel the emotional kick every time versus focusing on the errant parts of the movies, and this series does it.

2022-07-22 06:48:53 +0000 UTCI like all the movies for the different aspects of political conflict and tyranny they represent. They donβt shy away from the horror people can inflict on others and they also show how people can come together despite being pitted against each other. Then the political machinations of a revolution and the resulting (possible) tyrant replacement (Coin was just like Snow, just better at hiding it at first). Itβs the same for lord of the rings for me. I love each movie for different reasons and they show so accurately a different perspective or aspect of conflict and/or life.

2022-07-21 18:08:16 +0000 UTCOh, I didnβt see the chemistry between Katniss and Gale as well haha. They just look like a brother and a sister. Katniss and Peeta just look co-dependent, as in to say, Iβm not sure they would have liked each other if they didnβt go through something so traumatic together. But Iβm glad she found happiness at the end with Peeta, just wished the movies focused less on the love triangle.

2022-07-21 16:18:06 +0000 UTCAgreed but I personally didn't see the chemistry between Gale and Katniss x) Guess we see it differently. I just thought that Peeta and Katniss were more alike. They went through so much together, and now they can heal together. I don't know, to me it was a more appealing ending from the start.

2022-07-21 16:15:13 +0000 UTCI'd say 4. It's a series where the plot has many plot twists and turns. My only real issue with it is the love triangle, which feels a bit forced at times. I either wish there were less scenes of that, or that they'd be showed at better times. Other than that, I think it's a series that dares to go places where other series might shy away from. It's a tragic story, very intense but that has an ending full of hope.

2022-07-21 16:01:56 +0000 UTCwatching it alone i would say 2.5 but watching it with you guys made it a solid 4, because yβall can make anything entertaining and thatβs why i love your channel

2022-07-21 15:15:29 +0000 UTCI didn't have the same hype with the Hunger Games as I did with Harry Potter or Twilight. Watching it with you guys was the first time I was rewatching it since I read the books and since I saw the movies in the theaters. On one hand, I love the political messages and how the story doesn't pull punches when depicting the reality of a post-apocalyptic world. The acting is also top notch. At the same time, I realized the movies were kind of slow and Katniss is really passive until the last movie. I also hated the love triangle between Katniss, Peeta and Gale, and I definitely didn't feel any chemistry between Katniss and Peeta. So I would give it a 3.5/5, but I'll round it up to a 4 ^^

2022-07-21 14:43:01 +0000 UTCI would rate it a 4 based in what I've seen. I've never actually watched the first two movies, largely because I didn't find the third book all that intereating when I read it. I really enjoyed the first two movies, though. I didn't actually vote because I haven't seen the final two movies, so there's my two cents lol
