Beach lot

It is likely that it will need to be revised in the future when all lots pass a quality test, due to uneven sand. However, the lot already has a huge social area for sims to interact, introduce themselves and share their stories with the world. While The Sims Bustin Out sign is a reminder that they are there to take a break from the rut <3
