OldSunset - Everything coming in the January version!

It seems that this month has been so long! Even with Covid I'm proud to be able to deliver everything on time and full of energy! We built 12 new lots and several more were updated. We fixed minor texture inconsistencies, provided interior for one of the last lots we made in the December update and now in addition to an exclusive lounge, you can explore the small cafe in OldSunset Bay. Then tell me what you think!

In addition, we took the opportunity to create the entire university region of OldSunset! Now your Sims can finally visit the campus and why not choose an area to major in? Bear in mind, there is still a lot of work to be done there, but much of its look has already been defined and I am delighted with the result. Let's check it out?

The best part: Everything works perfectly as it should! You can finally attend college WITHOUT leaving OldSunset. It's amazing isn't it? If you don't know how, you should simply visit this lot to register for the course you want and wait for the class days to finally develop your talents and learning in the area you love the most!

But that's not all about the university, we have some special lots around here that go beyond the rabit holles, we're talking the research center and the laundry! To enhance your experience in the world, we have brought you two essential batches for any university student who does not have a washing machine at home and wants to do better in the subject they are studying:

Just be careful not to waste too much time drinking coffee in the laundry room! It has a study and play area for Sims to occupy their time while waiting for their clothes to be clean!

But of course, it's not just community lots that make an update as big as this one! We have created three new residential lots (decorative so far) that will be updated in the future with interior and families to make up the neighborhood! Check it out:

Trust me, that last one is a lot prettier than it looks, but our shadow mod and its position end up making it a cold lot and not so inviting for warm Sims who love sunlight! Do what, is the price to pay for the growing development of the city! Haha
