There's also the Fantastic Beasts movies, taking place in different countries from the 1920s-30s so far - US, France, Germany, 3 movies out of 5 which end in the 40s. But lower your expectations, lol.

For a more related comment...I'm so excited and sad that this journey is almost over. Also a bit worried that because it's a two parter, this first part might leave you underwhelmed. I love the first part but it definitely feels like the setup movie it is supposed to be and now that both are out it almost seems like you need to watch both parts at once to not lose that emotional impact. Either way I am so excited to have gone on his journey with you and glad I became a Patreon supporter. Watching these full reactions with you guys, and even Diamond in the background/editing, has been an amazing and odd experience. I never thought I'd purchase a sub but you guys stuck me as those types that I'd love to hang out with in school but wouldn't have fit in....but then you mentioned in a response to me what you guys were like growing up and how I probably would have fit in more than I expected and that made me love you guys even more...sort of shows how we shouldn't judge by what we see and instead on the people we get to know. Honestly we shouldn't judge at all unless your an evil bad person, we are all different and great in our own way and I think Harry Potter def. shows that. That you can feel alone, no sense of family but that doesn't make you not special and that you can find family and belonging in the friends we make along the journey of life. It also shows how those we might consider nerds (Neville) can become something amazing and accomplish things. Or how the sidekick can come out of the heroes shadow and make a mark his own, all he has to do is believe in himself. Thank you for this journey I hope you enjoy the ending, I'll be there with ya. I can't wait for what the future holds as well.....I say (Dark, Chernobyl or perhaps the Band of Brother)..great choices after the Hobbits. Though I'm excited for any show that might pop up on the poll. Stay Safe!

2022-05-17 00:33:59 +0000 UTCIf I could suggest one movie to watch, even if it isn't on here, though it would be cool to see others and your reaction to it, is The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. It is a phenomenal movie, great cinematography, great actors, great story, amazing music. It is a slow burn western but it is a movie that leaves you stunned with what you saw and keeps you thinking afterwards for a bit...at least it did for me. It didn't get the reception it deserved but anybody I've talked to who has seen it is has nothing but good words.

And it actually helps me to focus on something else since I actually plan to be patient good boy and wait for Part 2. To fully enjoy this journey and reaction from you guys I think watching both parts/reactions is the best for me to appreciate your dedications and time you put in. This movie is so emotional and so big part of me that splitting it would do injustice. And I want a 30 min least of Oak laying it out there for us ππ 15/20 minute review per movie won't cut it for me π€·ββοΈπ
