I’ve gone back n forth on identifying with bisexual/pan sexual and now I just call myself queer tbh. I think the biggest difference id out for bi and pan people is there is a potential of preference in bisexuality like “yes I like more than one gender but maybe not all or maybe some more than others” and pansexuality is more like “i like people , gender is fake , kiss me “ but tbh it’s safest to just like call people what they call themselves and if they’re your friend and wanna talk about sexuality like let them define it for themselves too! Anyway just got my wisdom teeth out catching up listening to y’all is gunna help me get through this shit pain lmao —Græson they/them

2020-12-09 20:36:09 +0000 UTCbisexual isn't usually trans or NB exclusionary. It just means attracted to multiple genders. So a bi person could be attracted to men and NB men for example. Whereas pansexual means attracted to ALL genders. I've also had it explained to me that pansexual can often mean that you're more into people regardless of physical attraction - that the emotional connection outweighs the physical, so you're attracted to who people are rather than what people are. I'm sure there are other takes on this, though so what I'm saying isn't gospel
