Race in the European Middle Ages

It seems to me if someone wanted to argue for racism (as we understand it today, along lines of phenotypical features,) how that group was treated would be one area to examine. For example, are you aware of any sources saying a Roma family was “integrated” into a town?

We have a 4 month old baby I’m coming off my share of parental leave watching while the wife has already spend her 12 weeks, so these videos are great to put on in the evening and have an intellectual (one sided) conversation. Don’t worry about spending too much time editing things out, or stress about the addition of visuals. Those of us that are here are here to spend some time “hanging out” with you. Your mustache question just made me realize I missed the opportunity to see what I look like with a clean shave with no consequences during my paternity leave. I say go for it. It can always grow back

And as you said, those kind of arguments are annoying! (Caveat that I doubt my limited undergraduate exposure was representative of the field; I’m just recounting the impression I had at the time.)
