Big change!! (Real)

I'd say like 90% of my videos are about 3 minutes long. And for a time i felt that was almost the perfect length for a video BUT.. After speaking to emp and also many other people I think I Need to make longer (swagger) videos. Somewhere around like 20 minutes. The problem being TIME. Now I would trade five okay 3 minute videos for one massively swag 20 minute video ANY day

The problem is there's quite alot of backlog to go through which is fine and actually somewhat beneficial as it gives me more time to write stuff

I got this like REALLY nice comment about making 10-20 minute videos and I FULLY agree with everything they said. Alot of people in the comments sections of videos Want longer videos and I'd like to give it to them and u peopl. 

SO! heres the plan. I'll finish up city pop hopefully within the week and try to polish it enough to make it my best video (it's really colourful and I think with some tweaking it can be "fixed") I've cut it to about 3 minutes so that I can be DONE with it as soon as possible the minute that I cut was a love letter about kamasami Kong and I'll include it on a post here when the video is done. 

Then I'll do a "behind the scenes" breakdown of some of the more complex elements of record4hype. There's a really cool 20 second segment where I do alot of stuff that I think would be fun to explain!! SADLY. I didn't record a time-lapse but I will do so for the city pop video.

THENNNNN.. ill finish yandhi. Its either out september 27th or I do a parody of kanye delaying the album and get it out later than that. Either way on September 27th I will post an update of what I have currently regarding video progress! 

Once yandhi is done we get to the good stuff 

I'd like to do a video about that kanye and bowie conspiracy. Someone cool commented about it and HOLY SHIT. It is really Interesting alot to dissect and alot to look into. A look into the album blackstar during the video would also play into the "knowing your own fate" theme present in the next video about jdilla

JDILLA VIDEO DONUT STUDY

I am going to say it here. This will be my best video.. and its gonna take forever to make but the topic and the ideas I have for it AHHH it's exciting. I'm currently writing it NOW. and I'm gonna sorta refine the script for 2 months whilst working on yandhi and the bowie conspiracy.. the video is going to be alot slower and also a bit of "philosophy" (idk a better word for that)!

I got the idea for a jdilla video after a literal 3 hour convo about donuts. The fact me and a friend was able to talk about 1 album for 3 hours proves that GOD DAMN. There's alot to dissect. 

THEN. its the wild west.. okay not exactly wild west BUTTT there's alot of freedom as to where to go.

Youtube currently don't really like my channel much lol. Alot of people come from tf2 and don't want to see my newer non tf2 videos. Which is fine, Alot of people say I'm just one video from blowing up. but! 

I don't really like that, it feels like I'm playing Russian rolutte.. I'd rather build up a really strong back catalogue of videos instead of blowing up before I've even got started. I am ABSOLUTELY fine with getting nowhere for the next year and just focusing on the quality of the video rather than this algorithm nonsense!!

So basically I Need to eat my vegetables before I get to the meat. 

I've talked with emplemon extensively about what I Need to do in future to make better videos and I have this massive list of what to do going forward on my pc!
