I never cared for coffee until I saw the proper magic happen and all the different techniques we can use to brew. I’ve only been drinking coffee for about a week now and have tried to watch plenty of your videos to find the best way to make my favorite cup. I never could’ve imagined the experience I was missing out on. Got my v60 today and did some head to heads with the French press using some fresh beans from a local cafe. Absolutely stunning. I’m absolutely excited to be here to see everything you have to offer and thank you for starting me on my coffee journey! All the best, never change.

This was the order of events: You have some weird mutant hybrid coffee plant that you've been growing? Cool, I'll have to check that out. You have your water shipped in from a Canadian glacier and you steam distill it and re-mineralize it? Sure, I brewed beer for 20 years, it's a little extreme, but not the weirdest way to get a water profile I've seen. Well maybe weirder than most. You have some weird roaster room in your house and roast your own coffee? Again, brewed beer for 20 years, I know a guy who has a separate fully livable ADU for brewing. YOU DO NOT HAVE A CRYO-FRIDGE!!!
