Kata has a donation drive? What?

I know, I know. Bills suck. So, unfortunately, I will temporarily need to use funds from Patreon to help pay for bills. (Edit: thankfully it looks like $700, so any extra funds I may get goes back into art!!!)

So, here's the deal. I live in the U.S.. I had a filling break off, and for various reasons, including being broke af and the heart attack scare last year, I didn't get a chance to go back to the dentist to address it like I needed to. Which led to a worsened cavity and now a root canal... with a potential stack of bills for just $2,000 WITH INSURANCE. (I'm still waiting for final quotes, this is all coming as an emergency. Ugh.)

Now I do want to preface, that thanks to a couple of wonderful friends and a very generous follower, I have gotten some funds to help cover the first half. So that's the good news! The bad news is.... I'm still in debt and thus broke AF, so it'll be a struggle the pay the rest I can move to a bill or small loan or something. It's not good. Doable, but not good.

Refunds:
My initial appointment is Monday Jan 9th. If, on examination, it's determined a root canal cannot save my tooth and they have to extract instead, the costs will drop significantly I will cut off this donation drive and contact you for refund options.

Then I'll be sad because they couldn't save it.
