Whenever I start to take Angelarium for granted, I get tempted to say 'yes' to side projects for other people. Every time I return to Angelarium, I'm reminded of how valuable my creative freedom is.
This is a return to an old sketch and I'm using it to return to an older approach to painting. I've been trying to return back to a style of working where I just relax and enjoy the process rather than getting stressed out about the results. Whenever I can do this, I find myself being reminded of what it's like to be surprised by what appears on the canvas. It's hugely refreshing.
