Once I broke up the space and started to draw from my own inspiration things started to flow much more naturally.
It's easy to get stuck when you want to fulfill expectations. The trick to getting unstuck is to simply let go. Abandoning all assumptions and embracing the reality that everything is permitted has a lot of power. I see echos of this idea in real life, but it is exceptionally true in art.
