Pisces - Color Phase? (send help)

After a very long process of using every available tool and trick I could muster, this is where I felt like the color palette was settling. When it finally blinked into this state, I was relieved because it was the first time anything seemed to be working.
Coming back to it the next day, I realized that there were some serious issues that needed to be resolved before I could advance. The sea anemone hair and the blue skin were not aligning with the vision I had for this character. Despite being sure of the colors overall, I was certain that I couldn't proceed until changes were made.
