suggestion: a dynamic suspension exercise

pick a chest harness you (you meaning you + partner combined!) feel really good about. "really good" meaning, you've got the pattern down pat, your tension is excellent, you've tied with it many times. ideally, this harness can be loaded from many directions. for folks who've taken irl lessons with me, that's likely the lexi arms front harness, or the backpack tengu. other suggestions: a tk, tenshis (hard!), an arms free chest harness...

now pick a few very supportive lower body ties. for this exercise (game?) i like to go for two futomomos, or a booty basket and a calf binder--something supportive with lots of attachment options, so if your chest harness starts to fail, you can rely on those lower body harnesses for support, or for an exit strategy.

now, start tying. your goal is to load your chest harness from every possible place that you can. this will most likely give you a "barrel roll" effect, if you load from back, then side, then front, then...

if you get through this whole process and your harness looks like you did when you tied it, success! if it doesn't, still a success! but next time you tie it, adjust it to add reinforcement ands/or more tension where you see its warped/shifted the most.
