i’ve been really digging this backbendy scorpion shape lately. i realized somewhat recently that giving hip support, while more comfortable, is counterintuitive to the shape i was going for. tenshis feel somewhat ideal for the *drama* of this shape because her arms are neither in the way of the backbend (as they would be in a tk) nor adding any bulk to the front of her body and changing the aesthetic of the shape (like an arms front, for example).
