vonBiomes for DLC4 - Patreon Supporter Version!
Added 2023-01-26 19:42:50 +0000 UTCThe Mechwarrior 5 DLC 4 dropped yesterday. And here is already the DLC compatible version of vonBiomes with some quick fixes applied!
This mod version is for sure, including the cave biome prototype as usual. Also, some sky body objects like planets and moons have been overhauled for better looks.. tiny side task!;)
Next Steps:
First, I will get vonHUD to a compatible state. This will take a little longer since there are new icons in the DLC for mercenary mechs, and also it has more interacting mechanics built into it.
After that, I hope I will manage to crack the nut and get lance mate commands into the Satellite Overview. This would be so spectacular, imagine commanding your lance mate via top view point and click! More news hopefully on that soon...
Have fun with the new Drylands biome, and with the DLC 4, and as always big thanks for your ongoing support!

Thanks! The new hotfix from today has removed a bug, as long as no new things emerge, it should run fine already:)

2023-01-30 01:15:32 +0000 UTCIt is still a work in progress, but yes - we will get there, promised;) Local builds on my end are already extended with better click-ability (just need to click circles, not mechs anymore) and I still need to find out more about how to issue orders and also deactivate them. But step by step, it will be like that:)

" Man, I would have been perfectly happy with navpoint system and "go to navpoint" commands as seen in MW4, where navpoint - most obviously - would be closely tied to mission objective spots (assassination target locations, artillery emplacements, etc etc). But this? This would be so next level, I can't even properly decribe my thoughts right now. :D
