So - it has been quite a month in the Mechwarrior universe;) With the new enhanced Sun System for missions, every plant is now different in its own way when running the vonBiomes Mods. Planets close to the sun are flooded with light (and radiation probably), while planets far away show a small, much dimmer sun. Additionally, vonBiomes adds now already over 40 new Sky Bodies, new Planets, Nebulas, and Moons above your cockpit and which also contribute to the lighting in the mission. Together with the biome diversity update from May (I think) and with all the new biomes and world - the Inner Sphere is now full of differences and variants;) And that is not only for our new biomes but also for all Vanilla Biomes, which also are utilizing the new sun & sky body system.
And not to forget: the Redesign of the mIssion screen & negotiation screen, bringing back the biome picture, adding icons, and more optimizations!
Enjoy a little bit of a recap gallery, screenshots from various settings and missions, some work in progress like my calculation sheet for sun size modifiers (science!), and comparisons. A big thanks also to all the people on the vonBiomes discord for sending so many cool screenshots!
If you have now yet: join up our vonBiomes Discord!

Drop a quick comment in any channel and I will promote your account to have access to our special WIP Supporter Preview section :)
And if you like to send me a photo aka a selfie, I can build you your personal hand-crafted pilot portrait. Best also to get in contact on Discord, order via ka@vonseiten.com if you do not use Discord. Cheerio!
A good moment for a side note here: I will be on holiday for the next 2 weeks, visiting the mud flat biome in the northern sea and watching some birds and seals. I will not be much online in that time, but after the holidays I am for sure taking care;)
Thank you very much for your ongoing support, and for making vonBiomes possible.
