This Weeks Questions:
Jbubble: Do you think we will ever see a shift in the majority of the world population becoming more eco conscious? Or do you think conservation will always be on the fringe and forever an upward battle?
SergeantJams: Would you ever consider doing World’s Wildest on location? Big Bend NP is just a few (ok like 7) hours away from Austin and has incredible biodiversity with its different climates within the park, which could make lots of episodes! Smile
GoddessVii: I'm about to hit 30 and I'm changing careers. I have a degree in health science and compsci but I want to study environ science and zoology to work in rehabilitation and conservation. Any advice on how to build connections and how to gain experience in the field?
Jbubble: It is so easy to get stuck into the doom-and-gloom that is the news. Maybe as a Patreon bonus, you guys could have a weekly (monthly?) newsletter, highlighting conservation news, calls to action, but more importantly, conservation wins, breakthroughs and achievements.
Druid: Think I heard Connor say that he's visited Ireland; I'm studying Zoology, and am enrolled in a Humanities course that allows students to study abroad in Ireland for a week. Are there any places I should try to visit while I'm there, especially since I'll probably never be able to visit again?
