Youtube Monetization Gays?

We can't seem to get our Youtube account monetized (it was previously, but the last person who ran the adsense for us disconnected it from their account).
We've reached out to Youtube several times, we keep following their instructions, and we keep getting rejected.
Anyone have any contact with a Youtube person (or someone works with this kind of stuff) who may be able to help us? Thanks.
