So, characters. Go ahead.
Trish
So, this time, we planned our characters together.
MMS
Okay, cool. Your guys know each other?
Tony
More than that, actually. We’re playing siblings.
MMS
Oh, that’s a very fun decision. What classes?
Trish
Human artificer. Y’know, always tinkering, building, hair tied back, all that good stuff.
MMS
Sounds good. Austen?
Austen
My guy is an Order of Scribes Wizard. He reads, like, a lot of books, and always knows the most random trivia.
MMS
Love it. Props to you for picking an obscure subclass, too. Tony?
Tony
So, I’m the youngest sibling. I’m a monk, but I’ve flavoured my unarmed strikes as being me biting people.
MMS
Oh. Okay. That’s… a vaguely frightening description, but sure. What’s y’all’s backstory like?
Austen
So, basically, we each picked the Noble background, but our family’s mansion was destroyed in a violent firey disaster, which also killed our parents.
MMS
Ah, tragic backstory, always a valid fictional device.
Trish
Then we were sent to live with a distant relative, but he turned out to be a villainous, fiendish, dastardly man, so we’ve basically been running from him ever since.
MMS
Oh no!
Tony
Worst part is, he’s so good at lying, nobody ever believes it when we say he’s still chasing us!
