MMS: I am hesitant to have multiple bards again, but you both multiclassed?
Trish: Yep.
Vinnie: For sure.
MMS: Okay, well, we’ll see. So, Vinnie?
Vinnie: I’m playing a Bugbear, multiclassed Bard/Monk. I live in a cottage in the mountains with my little sister and Trish’s character. My guy’s an absolute sweetheart, totally chill dude.
MMS: Okay, sounds pretty nice so far. Trish?
Trish: Bard/rogue aarakocra. High DEX, low Strength. I’ve written her to be really snarky and sassy, with Cutting Words as her main spell.
MMS: Cool, cool. No notes yet. I really like the kinda Odd Couple dynamic, super sweet vs super sassy. And you said you also had an idea for a starting premise for the campaign?
Trish: Right, so, basically, we’re thinking that Vinnie’s character’s sister gets kidnapped by a hag, and we gotta go save her.
MMS: Oh, that’s pretty solid. The hag’s gonna eat her or something?
Vinnie: No, she’s planning to use a ritual to swap her charisma score with the kid’s.
MMS: To swap her… wait… okay, hold on.
