i'd be concerned about stabbing with these things in that sort of ice pick grip. it seems like it'd be really easy to get these stuck, just because of the way they're curved, the fact that they're a good two inches or so away from your hand, and the fact that there's no edge on the inside. it seems like you'd have to wrench your wrist up just to get them out smoothly.
i also think it'd be cooler to have those serrations fanning straight out, rather than the whole saw blade looking sort of deal, so you could catch blades with your wrist facing up as well. if you tried that with the saw teeth, it seems like it'd be pretty easy to lose the foe's blade and then you'd just have a blade inside your arms.
i'd still rather have these over a pair of brass knucks.
