I don't agree with everything that Dean does but I totally (but sadly) agree with him in that case. He didn’t call her evil and I don't think he even thought about her as evil. I can guarantee you that she would kill again if her son gets sick again. She did it this time and she would do it again and Dean knows it.
2021-02-23 19:05:27 +0000 UTCI think dean is right sadly, i mean what happens if the kid gets sick again, or she gets sick? then she has to kill again, what if the child grows up and has a kid that gets sick? another couple dead people. But its stupid that he killed her but not the kid (as messed up as that sounds) because the mom would probably stop the kid from doing stupid stuff. He shouldve either let them both live, or kill them both. But since they probably would need inocent people to die everytime they get sick (i think she wouldve or has tried normal medicine and it didnt work), i think it would be best to kill them both.

At some point, he'd get sick again and she would not hesitate to kill other people. The child, likewise, will kill when he feels he has to. I would have killed them both without hesitation.
