2020-09-02 20:18:58 +0000 UTCyou ask why Jules would hook up with these grown men... why does ANY teenage girl end up going to older men who treat them like shit? daddy issues? self-esteem issues? we don;t know what she's been through, as Rue said, "fathers don't usually get custody so shit must have gone down"... or maybe she just wanted sex... I'm cis, so I don't know, but I suspect it might sometimes be difficult to establish romantic relationships or hook up with people your own age when you are a transgender teen. We don't know her history yet, what she's been through. she found this guy who wanted her and called her beautiful... then he hurt her, but does she expect better or know she can get something better? Teenage girls can put of with a lot of shit to feel wanted and "loved" however they define that at the time.
