Sam did know about the cure, that’s why he let Dean get turned. He didn’t want Dean dead, he knew Dean would be able to get into the nest and find out more about the AlphaVamp - but I don’t think he’d have cared much if Dean had been killed or drank before they cured him either. || I loved VampDean so much! He was super hot (although let’s not play, Dean is ALWAYS super hot). I love all the sides of Dean, but there’s just something extra special when we get to see him as a bad ass! || I felt so stupid when I finally caught the “Robert”/“Kristen” thing - I think it was the 4th or 5th viewing before I got it. I love when the writers add little winks to fandom like that. || I’m right there with you on the sideburns - and no spoilers, but they get worse before they get better.

2020-02-21 03:51:44 +0000 UTCIn this episode we see a side of Dean that we haven't had much opportunity to see, we all know that Dean is badass, it has always been, during the seasons he is practical, without remorse and effective when he works which makes him a good hunter just like Sam but unlike him, we've never really seen Dean and his dark side. Except in the episode with the vampires where he kills one with a saw, ending with blood on his face and a scary look but it was just after the death of his father. There, in this episode as the futures seasons to come, we will explore this Dean there, and we will for once discover a softer Sam but for now, we've got to deal with this troubled Sam ... Again.
