Small new Spike Gun feature

So I've been tinkering with the Spike Gun a bit, and for once I've brushed up and updated its' sounds a bit. Nothing too critical, just some slight improvements of the fire and spike-hit sounds.


Apart from that, however, I also introduced a new visual feature to the gun - shooting it now creates puffs of steam in the world (not just on the HUD graphic) which gives it a hotter feel to go along the gleaming spikes. Also, if shot for a sustained period of time, the barrel heats up and steams up for a bit when you reload/stop firing to cool down. It doesn't impact the gun in any way, but it's an interesting detail I thought I'd work on. Anyway, waiting on future feedback for it.
